The Growling Frog Golf Course has recently been rated the No. 48 Public Access Golf Course by The Golf Course Guide 2006.

New Green Fee Structure

An additional green fee has been introduced for the daylight savings period for afternoon golf.

Monday to Friday,subject to availability

• Unlimited adult golf after 1.00pm - $20
• Unlimited under 18 golf after 1.00pm - $10
• Unlimited pensioner and senior golf after 1.00pm - $12

Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays, subject to availability

• Unlimited golf after 2.00pm - $20
• Unlimited under 18 golf after 2.00pm - $10

Golf Cart Special, subject to availability

• Hire a cart for 2 players with the unlimited green fee offer and pay $30 each for golf and cart

Competitions

Ambrose Competition 2006

The Growling Frog Annual Ambrose Competition will commence in 2006. The first qualifying round will be held in March 2006 and a second qualifying round will be held in September 2006. Leading groups from the qualifying rounds will play in the final in December 2006. To qualify for the final, you must be able to play in either/both qualifying events.

An entry form for the March event will be available from the Ambrose Competition page on the web site shortly.

Weekday Competitions

Regular week day competitions will commence in April 2006.

Licensed Restaurant and Cafe

Open 7 days a week, for coffee with friends, a gourmet snack on the balcony, an intimate dinner, a family celebration lunch, or a formal function, the Restaurant and Café is the ideal venue. For bookings, please contact Daniel or Vince on 9716 3728.

Practice Facilities

Looking for an edge in your golfing game? Why not get in some extra practice on our driving range and practice greens.

Driving Range

The driving range has grass tees and is open 7 days a week. The golf balls used on the range are regularly updated and are available at a very competitive price.

Practice Chipping Green and Putting Green

These facilities are available free of charge. You are welcome to use them at any time.
