Welcome to the March 2006 Growling Frog e-newsletter.

Golf Competitions

Golf competitions are now a regular part of the golfing experience at the Growling Frog Golf Course. Any golfer with a current Golf Access or GOLFLink handicap is welcome to participate in the competitions.

Details of upcoming competitions are:

Saturday Competition

Conducted each Saturday. Competition entry fee $5. Standard green fee applies.

Mid-week Competition

As from Wednesday 22 March 2006, mid-week golf competitions will be conducted each Wednesday.

Competition entry fee $5. Standard green fee applies.

Golf Equipment Demonstration Days

A Nike, Callaway, Adams and Brosnan golf equipment demonstration day is being held on Saturday 18 March 2006 from 10am until 2pm.

Corporate Day Golf

The Growling Frog is an exciting and ideal venue for your next Corporate Golf Day. Corporate Days are welcome Monday - Friday.

Social Club Bookings

Social clubs are welcome every day. Please contact our Golf Professional, Wayne Rogers on (03) 9716 3477 to make a group booking.

Bookings are taken up to 18 months in advance.

Membership

Golfers of all levels are invited to join the Growling Frog Golf Club Inc. Membership is just $80 per year and entitles members to a Registered Australian Handicap through Golf Link. Members will also have the opportunity to participate in Monthly Medal, Victorian Golf League Pennant, Club Championships, Golf Trips and weekly competitions. Afternoon Golf Daylight Savings Offer
- Ends Saturday 1 April 2006

The Daylight Savings Offer green fee is available for individuals and groups not exceeding 8 players.

Monday to Friday, subject to availability

• Unlimited adult golf after 1.00pm - $20
• Unlimited under 18 golf after 1.00pm - $10
• Unlimited pensioner and senior golf after 1.00pm - $12

Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays, subject to availability

• Unlimited golf after 2.00pm - $20
• Unlimited under 18 golf after 2.00pm - $10

Golf Cart Special, subject to availability

• Where 2 players hire a cart on a share basis, the cost of the green fee and cart is $30 per player.

Easter Special - Good Friday to Easter Monday inclusive

• Unlimited golf after 2.30pm - $25
• Unlimited under 18 golf after 2.30pm - $10
